PTB and Ashley are the best! We have upgraded to disk brakes, crossmembers, and now suspension on our 2024 Brinkley Z3610. Highly recommend all these upgrades and would only have Ashley and her team complete this work! Thank you again for helping to keep my family safe on the road!

I own a Brinkley and the last few times I have towed, I noticed that the RV brakes were barely working, almost to the point that they felt nonexistent. I knew I needed to upgrade to disc brakes and am so thankful that I was paired with Ashley.
Ashley quickly reached out to me to provide additional details and was able to get me onto her schedule within a couple of weeks (which is pretty impressive). She handled everything, ordered all the necessary parts, and kept me up to date during the short wait period. The moment she arrived, I knew we were in good hands! As annoying as it is, she let me follow her around to see what the whole process was like. As she removed each tire, she showed me exactly where the issue was and took the time to explain things in a very understandable manner. Turns out, I was down to one brake, all the others had blown seals. If you’re looking for someone who is very knowledgeable, passionate about what they do, and loves to educate, look no further!
After the disc brakes were installed, she went for a test drive with me. I could tell the difference in the braking power almost immediately. Although the brakes were just what we needed, unfortunately, it didn’t completely solve our new onset severe chucking issue that we were having with our RV. Ashley was so sweet and caring and stayed with me during my mini meltdown. She stayed on site and reached out to some of her colleagues to discuss what could be causing the issue and different things to troubleshoot. She even went on two more test drives with me just to make sure that I felt comfortable and safe. Ashley remained professional throughout but also had a very charismatic side and was an absolute joy to be around. She went above and beyond even though she didn’t have to. Hands down, the best customer service I have had in a long time!
I am forever grateful for Ashley and her expertise, she is an absolute saint! Like I said before, if you are looking for an expert, look no further, Ashley is your lady! On top of all the other positives, there’s one more…. she will love on your fur babies and treat them like family (my dogs were obsessed with her)! 🙂

My wife and I were stuck on the side of hwy 20 just outside Lexington, SC. One of the tires on our travel trailer came completely off, all of the studs sheared completely off. We spent four hours stuck on the side because our roadside assistance couldn't find anyone to tow the trailer. Called 911 was told that they could get it towed, but it would have to go to the towing company's yard. Ashley luckily was passing and stopped to help. Her expertise in RV maintenance finally got us off the side of the hwy. She had most of the parts in her pickup that she needed to do the job. One great person, and we are so thankful she saw us and stopped to help!

It’s rare these days to find someone who not only delivers high-quality work but is also truly knowledgeable and takes the time to educate the customer. Ashley excels in all of these areas. She converted the drum brakes on my Riverstone to disc brakes, and as a mobile RV technician, she even traveled to my home to complete the job onsite. I finally feel like I’ve found a technician I can trust completely. Since Ashley travels across the United States, I plan to schedule my annual services with her going forward. Highly recommended.

Ashley installed 8k axles Roadmaster slipper springs and disk brakes. Ashley was OUTSTANDING. She answered (and explained) all the questions(a lot) that I had. She explained all the steps that she was doing. Her work ethic is exceptional and thorough. She has a superior skill in her work. I would HIGHLY recommend her for any of you braking and suspension upgrades, maintenance and repairs. I will be using her for all my yearly bearing repacking. Read other people's reviews of her, they are all spot on.

Ashley went the extra miles when we decided to pull the trigger on upgrading to disk brakes. She checked every tire looking for any issues on the tread and outside and inside sidewalls! Looked over my suspension parts went over everything that she did, What to expect and what to do going forward to break in the new brakes properly. Made sure she was available if we needed anything or had any issues or questions on our next travel day.
I would highly recommend Ashley for any thing needed under neath any RV. She is professional, friendly, and courteous!

I started to get to know Ashley through Performance Trailer. I had a 5th wheel that gave us an education through the years (knots on my forehead kind of education). So when we decided to make a change I contacted PT and Ashley responded through 6 months of questions via emails on how to put the best suspension and brakes under our new (to us) camper. She was prompt, knowledgeable, and had depth of awareness that impressed me because I thought she was selling parts from PT. Well when I finally got to pulling the trigger and bought the entire suspension from axels, slipper springs, and disc brakes, she asked who was going to install them. I asked for recommendations in central Arizona and she said that she could do it if I was in no rush. WOW, I couldn’t say yes quick enough and I’m glad I did. As the previous reviews said she did what she said she was going to do, when she said she was going to do it (actually a day early!!!!) and for the price she said she was going to do it! While they were working on the suspension my wife asked what I thought about the project. I told her that in just the first half hour of watching and talking with her and her assistant Chaiden (also an excellent technician that can work on my equipment any time!), they have done this enough times to have it down to an assembly line of efficiency. I was totally comfortable walking away knowing it was going to be a stellar install. Which it was/is. Can’t say how impressed I have been with this entire process/project. It had great karma from the initial email full of questions to Performance Trailer to the test drive to burnish in the brake pads. Excellent project excellent team, thanks to Ashely and her communication, knowledge, and drive. Totally impressed. Told my wife that I wish we had more contractors in our life that gave such satisfaction.

My wife and I loved Ashley. She installed new 8K axles and disk brakes for our 7K axles and brakes on our 2022 GD Solitude 390RK.
All the parts were delivered ahead of time. She arrived on time and got to work right away. There were a few parts that didn't fit or were damaged. Ashley called the home office to have them overnighted or purchased parts locally. She is very knowledgeable and caring. We are happy with the final install. Thanks Ashley.

Absolutely LOVE Ashley! She is professional, super patient and top notch at what she does. We could have had a major problem traveling home if it wasn’t for her finding our twisted leaf springs at the MB rally. We were able to get them fixed by the manufacturer and then she came back to inspect that we were all good to travel. We will only allow her to work on our rig from here on out. Looking forward to having her work on our rig again!

Ashley came to our rescue last year and installed two axles, bearings, new springs and disc brake pads on our fifth wheel. We plan to meet up with her next month to get bearings inspected and repacked. So convenient as we are fulltime and can usually get service along our route as she is mobile. Very professional, keeps us informed and returns calls or texts promptly. She definitely knows what she is doing, we trust her work.
